The great location and cozy apartments There’s everything you need inside! Walking distance to the metro Also only 20 min walk to the city center - so don’t hesitate walking And the girl who welcomed us was wonderfully friendly and helpful

The kitchen was superb, the whole place was well equipped and clean. The area is a bit down at heel but very quiet. The tenants in the block are also quiet.
The bed-sit arrangement wasn't what we expected as the description said '2 bed apartment'

Ich habe diese Wohnung angemietet um möglichst nah am 2. Bezirk zu sein , aber bedauere mein Wahl noch heute.
Die Wohnung war derart verdreckt,das wir zunächst den Vermieter kontaktierten um nachzubessern,es wurde die Küche erneut "übergeputzt", der Backofen ist nicht angeschlossen , die Töpfe passen nicht zum Induktionsherd, überall alter festsitzender Dreck , Spinnen und Ameisen in der ganzen Wohnung. Die Vermieterin meinte , ich solle im Spülenschrank gucken , dort wäre Giftspray. Das Bad eine Katastrophe , keine Duschabtrennung., Fliesen dreckig und schimmelig.Handtücher muffig , alles Schränke mit aufgequollenem Holz und sehr sehr schmutzig, . Es wurde zudem im Hausflur darauf hingewiesen , das die Fenster zum Innenhof , der auch sehr verdreckt war, unbedingt aus gegebenem Anlass geschlossen zu halten sind ! Wir haben nach 2 Tagen das "Appartement " verlassen und sind in ein Hotel gezogen , weil wir Wien SO nicht in Erinnerung behalten wollten

Der großzügige Raum im typisch mitteleuropäischen Altbau blieb bei der Gluthitze immer kühl. Fast alle Stadtviertel sind zu Fuß erreichbar, und Bahn, City Airport Train und Ubahn sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es war sehr schön, hier zu wohnen.
Die sogenannte 4Personen-Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche und einem sehr geräumigen Wohnschlafzimmer mit einer engen alkovenartigen Schlafecke, die sich nur für 2 flinke Leute eignet. Die stilvolle aber billige Ausstattung ist nicht sehr akkurat gepflegt. Der Innenhof hallt bei offenem Fenster von allen möglichen Geräuschen der etwas lauten Nachbarschaft wider.
